- We accept returns up to 28 days from receiving the order.
- To initiate a return or all other inquiries please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for all refunds.
- Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted.
- Return authorization is at the sole discretion of Beauty Connection Plus.
- To receive a full refund, all returns MUST be unused and in their original packaging and must accompany any free gifts with purchase or attachments that came with the product.
- Products must be returned to 1937 Santa Rosa Ave. Santa Rosa, CA 95407.
- Products must be accompanied with copy of invoice.
- Returned shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the item back we will then issue the credit.
- You will receive your refund in the original form of payment within two weeks of us receiving your return item.
Due to health and safety regulations we cannot accept returns of the following products.
- Nail files or Nail polish
- A product that is opened will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- No returns on products that are empty or altered.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective/damaged item, we will contact the shipper and submit a damage claim. Once the item has been tracked, we will provide you with a return authorization number and ship a replacement product to you.
- Damaged claims must be made no more than 3 days after you receive your items.
Change or Cancel Orders
If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will try our best to change or cancel your order, but please note that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If you would still like to return/exchange your item once it is received, please see above for terms of eligibility.
We offer a one-time price adjustment if we mark an item down within fourteen (14) days of your order date. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We’ll refund you the difference in your original form of payment, provided you are within the fourteen (14) day window.
- Items purchased with a promotional discount/codes are not eligible for price adjustments.
- Items purchased with free shipping promotions are eligible for price adjustments.
